From lead capture to closed deals — everything a real estate business needs to manage its sales pipeline is now in one place. 🚀 🔧 Tech Stack: Backend: Django (Python) Frontend: React.js Database: PostgreSQL/MySQL Role-based authentication & permission system RESTful API architecture connecting Django backend with React frontend Responsive, modern dashboard UI ✨ Key Features: 📊 Smart Dashboard Real-time overview of leads, hot leads, viewings, offers, closed deals & sales value — with date-range filtering. 👥 Lead & Contact Management Centralized system to capture, track, and manage leads with source tracking (Website, Referrals, etc.) and lead status tagging (Cold/Hot/Warm). 🏠 Property Management Add, organize, and manage property listings tied directly to leads and deals. 📈 Sales Pipeline Tracking Visual pipeline stages — New → Contacted → Qualified → Property Sent → Viewing → Offer → Booked → Closed Won — so agents always know where every lead stands. 📅 Viewings & Deals Module Schedule property viewings and track deals from offer to closing, with deal value and win-rate analytics. ✅ Tasks & Activities Follow-up reminders and task assignment so no lead falls through the cracks. 📣 Marketing & Communications Built-in modules to manage campaigns and client communication history. 📄 Documents Management Centralized storage for contracts, agreements, and property documents. 📊 Reports & Analytics Deep insights into agent performance, deal value, leads by source, and conversion rates. 🧑‍💼 Agent Performance Tracking Leaderboard-style view of each agent's leads, deals closed, and sales value generated. 🔐 Permissions & Role Management Multi-level access control (Super Admin, Agents, etc.) to keep data secure and organized. This project was a great learning experience in building a scalable business tool — combining Django's robustness on the backend with React's dynamic UI on the frontend to deliver a smooth, real-time CRM experience.
